Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated was founded on a commitment to public service and social action, with a mission to uplift and support communities through impactful, sustainable programs, guided by its Five-Point Programmatic Thrust.

The Kansas City (MO) Alumnae Chapter proudly embodies this spirit of service through both national initiatives and local programs tailored to meet the needs of our community. In addition to implementing Delta’s signature national programs, our chapter maintains committees dedicated specifically to serving the Kansas City metropolitan area. These committees develop and implement community service projects that address local needs—from supporting youth education, promoting health awareness and fostering art and cultural appreciation to providing resources for underserved neighborhoods.
